#CPMX7 Essentials

I've been mentally preparing myself for the Campus Party Mx for at least a month and come to realize it serves nothing if you don't know what you're going to do there. I went yesterday to live the first day and had so much trouble with things a lot of people seemed to already master, hoping I'm not the only lost puppy there I created this list of Campus Party Mx Essentials so you can survive the next days like a pro, or at least seem like one.

1. Jacket.

For some reason the conditioned air inside the CPMX7 is trying to reminds us how we spent our winter trembling in our beds, this is the first essential because you're really going to need a jacket. (A light one works, depending on your cold resistance)

2. Laptop.

I really thought I could live carrying my iPad and phone around but it just doesn't work, somehow your laptop can become another arm in your body, the atmosphere that surrounds the CPMX7 makes you need it for everything, even for just checking facebook.

3. Plastic bottle.

You just never know when is someone going to give you something to drink and there are no glasses around. Take it filled with water so you can keep on walking in the CPMX7 without feeling you may dehydrate.

4. Planner.

Stalk CPMX differents social networks, download their app, visit their website. The important thing is knowing what is happening because it is filled with amazing conferences and you don't want to get to sunday and realize what you missed. Create a plan for your day and a backup plan in case you realize the conference title was misleading.

5. Camera.

A tip I can give to you is to you is to record everything you thinks is important and everything you don't too so you can fill your social networks with little updates of what everyone else is missing.

6. Smile.

Have fun, meet people (everyone is really nice), share and expose yourself. You go to CPMX7 to learn, think of you as a n0ob and fill the room with questions, someone might have the answer you're looking for.

Me he estado preparando mentalmente para la Campus Party Mx por lo menos durante un mes y me di cuenta que no sirve de nada si no tienes idea de lo que iras a hacer. Fui ayer para vivir el primer día y tuve muchos problemas con cosas que otras personas parecían dominar, en espera de no ser el único perrito perdido ahí cree esta lista de "Esenciales" de la Campus Party Mx para que puedan sobrevivir los siguientes día como si ya la dominaran, o al menos parecer que si.

1. Chamarra.

Por alguna razón el aire acondicionado dentro de la CPMX7 intenta recordarnos la manera en la que pasamos el invierno temblando en nuestras camas, este es el primer esencial solo porque realmente vas a necesitarla. (Una chamarra ligera sirve, dependiendo de tu resistencia al frío.)

2. Laptop.

Realmente creí que podría sobrevivir cargando solo mi iPad y mi teléfono pero simplemente no funciona, de alguna manera tu laptop se convierte en una nueva extensión de tu cuerpo, la atmósfera de la CPMX7 te hace necesitarla para todo, incluso para solo revisar facebook.

3. Una botella de plástico.

Simplemente nunca saber cuando alguien te compartirá algo de tomar y no habrá vasos a la vista. Llévala llena de agua para que puedas seguir caminando en la CPMX7 sin sentir que podrías deshidratarte.

4. Agenda.

Acosa las redes sociales del CPMX7, baja su app, visita su sitio web. Lo importante es saber qué esta ocurriendo pues esta llena de asombrosas conferencias y no quieres llegar al domingo y darte cuenta de todo lo que te perdiste. Crea un plan y un plan B en caso de que el titulo de la conferencia fuera engañoso.

5. Cámara.

Un consejo que puedo darte es que registres todo lo que creas importante y todo lo que no también para que puedas llenar tus redes sociales con pequeñas actualizaciones de lo que los demás se están perdiendo.

6. Sonríe.

Diviértete, conoce gente (todo son muy buena onda), comparte y muéstrate. Vas a la CPMX7 a aprender, piensa en ti como un novato y llena el lugar de preguntas, tal vez alguien tiene la respuesta que estas buscando.
